Seventeenth Annual Meetings
Frequently asked questions. Checking in: the meetings begin on Friday morning, May 4th. Please join us for a buffet breakfast in the Crystal Ballroom foyer starting at 7:00 a.m. Stop at the registration desk to receive your badge and program. There is no formal check-in procedure. The sessions begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. Download the pdf of the long program for the most up-to-date program announcements. If you have special dietary needs be sure to make a request now. It is costly and inconvenient to make substitutions onsite. Just email the SOLE office. Long program, PDF. Nonstandard registration. If for some reason you cannot register through the online interface please follow these instructions carefully. A list of registrants. If you think you have registered but do not see your name on the list, please contact the SOLE office. Note about presentations: In addition to our rule about one submission per person, there is a rule about one presentation per person. This is strictly enforced. So if you had a paper accepted but plan to have a co-author present it, make sure your co-author is not already presenting a paper for this will not be allowed. Information for exhibitors.
