• October 31, 2015:Deadline for submissions
• By January 31, 2016: Notifications to all authors
• February 15: Program outline on website
• February 10: Registration opens
• April 15: Deadline for early registration at reduced rate
• April 15: Full programme available on website
• April 22: Full programme to printer -- no title changes after this date.
• April 30: Final date to revise papers -- no revisions will be posted after this date.

There can be no updates to the printed programme after April 22 and no updates to the online programme after April 30!
