• October 31, 2018:Deadline for submissions
• February 1, 2019: Notifications to all authors
• February 8: Registration opens
• February 15: Program outline on website
• February 22: Full program on website -- sessions and paper titles with authors, but not the papers themselves. Links to the papers will be available through the free mobile app.
• March 29: Deadline for program participants to register.Participants, including posters, who have not registered by this date will be removed from the program.
• April 4: Deadline for SOLE rate at the Renaissance Arlington Capitol View Hotel.
• April 15: Deadline for registration at reduced rate. Late charge takes effect after this date.
• April 30: Final date to revise papers -- no revisions will be posted after this date.
